Art Therapy

Verbalise the unspoken voice…

I implement effective counselling and therapeutic methods with a holistic approach to healing and health. I offer individual or group therapy sessions to help clients reduce stress, anxiety, trauma or grief whilst increasing self-esteem and confidence through a process of art making activities. Whether it’s paint, crayons, pencils, collage, clay or sand; you don’t have to be artistic to gain comfort in this gentle process. Let the artwork do the talking and I’ll walk along beside you while you experience a deeper level of understanding of yourself.

Adult $120 for 90mins

Children under 12yrs $90 for 45mins

Group sessions 4-8 max $60 pp for 2hours

All resources & materials are included in the price.

Do what you love doing… for me it’s being creative. I love to paint, it relaxes me and takes me to a world of tranquillity. As a teacher, I have worked with children and adults for over 30 years.

Let me help you find your inner artist, and join me for individual tutoring or group lessons or sign up for a fun session with your family and friends.

No art experience is needed; it’s fun and entertaining. Join me at my home with your family and friends in a tranquil location overlooking the lake. Have a drink or two, relax and enjoy the ambiance whilst learning how to paint with step by step instructions.

Suitable for Mothers &/or Fathers Day, Couples date, Hen’s party, Works Do, Team Bonding or a special occasion. Non-alcoholic Family Friendly events plus children’s birthday party 12yrs+.

Available for groups of 4-8 in the evenings or weekends

soulcollage®

Find your Inner Wisdom…

SoulCollage® is a process in which you make a personal deck of cards, one card at a time. Each card is intuitively made using cut outs from magazines and photos.

SoulCollage® has the ability to tap into your subconscious, connect with your archetypes, work through your ‘shadows’. It is a gentle process that is therapeutically healing plus a lot of fun.

MeCards4Kids® is an easier process suitable for younger children. Great for school activities.

Join me in a group session of creativity, suitable for all ages plus you don’t have to be artistic! Allow me to guide you through this empowering process and I promise once you start, you’ll be hooked.

All resources are provided, drinks available throughout the morning.
